Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change, and we try to support our customers fairly. Please read our cancellation and refund rules carefully.
Tour Package Cancellation
If cancelled by customer:
- 7+ days before travel – 80% refund
- 3–6 days before travel – 50% refund
- 0–2 days before travel – No refund (all bookings confirmed)
If cancelled by Adi Baba Travels:
Full 100% refund or FREE reschedule (customer’s choice)
Hotel / Homestay / Resort Bookings
These follow the property’s cancellation rules:
- Some properties allow free cancellation
- Some are non-refundable
We will inform the customer before final booking.
Taxi Booking
- 2 days before – Full refund
- 1 day before – 50% refund
- Same day cancellation – No refund
Because drivers are already assigned.
Trek & Adventure Bookings
- 7+ days before – 70% refund
- Within 7 days – No refund
- (Trek team, permits, guides, camps are already booked)
No-Show
If the customer does not arrive for the trip—no refund.
Weather or Road Issues
If a trip is affected due to landslides, heavy snow, rain or government restrictions:
- Free reschedule OR
- Partial refund depending on paid bookings
(Hotels/taxi already paid will be deducted.)
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
